Important news for our Android users

Dear Bluehearters,

We’ve been working hard on making all the improvements to Blueheart for you with a shiny new update, to ease the holiday strain on your relationship. Unfortunately for our Android users, Blueheart has been temporarily suspended from the Google Play Store. Due to the nature of the app, we are sometimes open to misinterpretation and misunderstandings. We’re in the process of working with Google to resolve this, and hopefully have Blueheart back up and running soon. This could take a few days so please bear with us. 

For Current Users

If you are an Android user and have not yet subscribed to Blueheart you may be met with an error screen. You also will not be able to update Blueheart at the moment.

For New Users

You won't be able to find us on the Play Store and therefore can't download Blueheart.


We offer high-quality therapy and we want to make sure everyone has a safe and secure place to get the support they need. To make sure you don’t miss out, we’re working with app providers to enable the right help to reach the right people. 

 

We have some great holiday-themed Daily Sensate Focus tasks on our Instagram (@blueheart_app) at the moment so please follow us and keep up the good work.  We are working hard with Google's team to resolve the issue as soon as possible and hopefully things should be up and running in the next week or so.
