Graphic Designer

We've invented digital sex therapy, and we need a Graphic Designer to tell everybody about it and make it beautiful.

At Blueheart, our mission is to make sex therapy affordable, accessible and shame-free for everyone. For decades, therapy has been accessible only to those who can afford it, who live in cities and who muster enough confidence to seek help. We want to open sex therapy to anyone feeling isolated, alone and scared. So if you think the state of human sex is all fucked up, you're in the right place.

Having gone through Pre-Seed and Seed investment rounds of £1.12m in 6 months, we're growing fast. We've proven that a change needs to happen in the world, and we're the team to do it. We're a small but smart team where information and data inform decisions, not meaningless hierarchies. Do you have an idea? Great, test it and prove your point.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone super-talented to help produce creative and engaging designs for a variety of media and platforms, from ads to social media to web design. The ideal candidate will have a creative flair and translate a brand and its message into visual design.

We’re looking for someone to proactively contribute with a solid understanding of working in a startup environment and ideally previous marketing experience.

You’ll be creating high-quality media that will be seen by people all over the world.

You'll Be Responsible For

  • Conceptualising and developing graphics based on design briefs and requirements

  • Creating graphics, illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand

  • Creating organic and paid graphics for Facebook, Google and other social media platforms

  • Creating graphics to complement the written content across various platforms

  • Working with copywriters and the marketing team to produce cohesive designs and graphics in line with brand goals

  • Ensuring all brand graphics and layouts are aesthetically appealing and on-brand

Your Impact

Your work will be seen by millions and will often be the first introduction to the brand that many visit. Your work will often be the face of the brand and the first thing people think of when they think of Blueheart. Your work helps bring users closer to Blueheart and redefine how sex and sex therapy are represented in art and media. Your work will genuinely make a positive difference to someone’s life if it helps introduce them to us.

We're a creative, empathetic, and scientific team that strives to be as evidence-based in our decision making as possible. That means running many tests, seeing what works and what doesn't and optimising where possible. That applies to internal processes as much as it does to product. We try to strike the right balance between compassion and ambition. In plain English, that means, we're friendly, and super driven towards reaching our goals. We pride ourselves on working on something that makes a real positive difference to people's lives; that's what motivates us each day.

We have a weekly book club where we discuss a wide array of sex-related topics, celebrate birthdays and wins with fun activities and goodies.
