We’ve had a rollercoaster of a ride so far, having gone through Preseed and Seed investment rounds of £1.12m in 6 months. We've proven that a change needs to happen and we’re the team to do it. We’re a small but smart team where information and data informs decisions, not meaningless hierarchies. You have an idea? Great, test it and prove your point.

Our mission is to make sex therapy affordable, accessible and shame-free for everyone. For decades, therapy has been accessible only to those who can afford it, who live in cities and who muster enough confidence to seek help. We want to open sex therapy to anyone feeling isolated, alone and scared. So if you think the state of human sex is all fucked up, you're in the right place.

You probably entered a top university thinking you were going to change the world, then maybe you joined an elite management consulting firm or some other job that looks great on a CV. Though loving the work, you've had a void of purpose in your life - and you've got your eyes open on new opportunities that will allow you to harness your genius to making the world a better place. We need a right-hand and force multiplier to the CEO. Someone who's obsessed with efficiency and operations to help us level up Blueheart from a small startup to an enterprise ready to compete on a global stage. We need a razor sharp business mind with the energy and ambition to ensure the team is optimised.

You'll know how isolating and damaging this can be to one's mental health, and if you don't, you may not be the right person. As an extension of the CEO, you're a mission critical character who will shape the future of the company and consequently, the future of millions of lives.


We're an empathetic, scientific team that strives to be as evidence-based in our decision making as possible. That means running a lot of tests, seeing what works and what doesn't.
