Camiel has been passionate about IT, computers, gaming and gadgets since he was young. When he grew a bit older, he found himself interested in human behaviour, psychology and communication. That’s why he decided to study Communication and Information Sciences. After his studies, he found out that Growth marketing is basically a combination of all of the above, so that was a big relief. He likes (playing) guitar, video games, puns, fantasy books, climbing, football, learning new random stuff, etc. (really, the list just goes on infinitely).

Claudia enjoys developing software with users in mind, advocating for marginalised identities in tech, and hanging out with the cutest tuxedo kitten, Marbles. Her spare time is filled with cycling through the extensive list of hobbies she has acquired in her search for balance. She loves being mediocre at things because there's just that much more to learn.

After experience in marketing, Daniela quickly realised that besides just developing brand strategies, she would love to be involved in a visual part of the whole process. Since graduating in graphic design, she has used her multidisciplinary background to create exciting and meaningful digital experiences.

She loves going on adventures outdoors, getting better at photography, and learning new things. Currently, she’s fascinated by nutritional therapy, which she also hopes to study one day.

She's the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Couple and Relationship Therapy and has dedicated her career to helping couples repair their relationships. She's been a practitioner for over 15 years, co-authoring 'A Clinician's Guide to Systemic Sex Therapy', the leading textbook for clinicians in sex therapy.

When Laura was a teenager, she spent a lot of her time helping her friends with their relationship problems. A few years later she realised she could actually do it as a career.

She has spent years researching issues around sexual desire and has received several awards for her publications. She is hoping to revolutionise treatment for sexual desire discrepancy.

Elliott self identifies as “quite vibey for a dataperson” which probably tells you all you need to know. He’s always loved numbers and looking for patterns. More recently he discovered that he loves therapy. Blueheart lets him combine the two.Outside of work Elliott likes cooking, walking with his girlfriend and their dog; and making spreadsheets so that the three of them effectively utilise their free time.

Helen was the first marketer at Headspace and grew it's user base from 0-2m to make it the multi-billion dollar company it is today. Since then, she's been consulting with mission-driven consumer startups on how to acquire and engage customers.

Josh has a Master’s degree and half a PhD in French literature. He then somehow managed to get a job in film, developing and producing screenplays with emerging and acclaimed writers and directors.

In his spare time he writes and directs film and theatre, and is a dedicated armchair critic of work way beyond his technical and creative ability.

Originally a physicist by training, he realised he wanted to be closer to the real world but got stuck halfway, in software development.

He’s involved in the organisation of some international arts festivals. If you need to keep the lights on in the middle of nowhere, despite torrential rain or hippies, he’s your man. He also loves to juggle, or spin fire under a full moon.

Robbie was taken to the London Science Museum too many times as a child and grew a fascination for pressing buttons. This has developed into a Computer Science degree from Cambridge and a software engineering career.

He's interested in ethical software development and how to create products that make the world an unambiguously better place.
